The Lasany LPH-4 Water Distillation Unit is a compact, reliable, and low-cost laboratory water still engineered for the continuous production of high-purity, pyrogen-free distilled water at a rate of 4 litres per hour. Manufactured by Lasany International under ISO 9001:2015 and WHO-GMP certification in Panchkula, Haryana, the LPH-4 is designed for pharmaceutical quality control laboratories, hospital dispensaries, research institutes, clinical diagnostic laboratories, and educational institutions that require a dependable supply of general laboratory grade distilled water for analytical work, reagent preparation, glassware rinsing, and autoclave use. At the heart of the LPH-4 is a horizontal Borosilicate Glass Boiler (Pyrex Brand) powered by a 3 KW Chromium-plated heater fitted with an automatic thermostat — shutting off immediately in case of water supply failure to prevent dry-burn damage and extend heater life. The high-efficiency condenser cools the distillate to 25°C–40°C at ambient room temperature of 30°C, delivering water that meets general laboratory purity standards with a conductivity of 3.0–4.0 µs/cm using raw water or 1.5–2.0 µs/cm using treated water input, and a pH of 5.5–6.0.
