Manufactured by Lasany International under ISO 9001:2015 and WHO-GMP certification in Panchkula, Haryana, the IDO-4S is constructed from 3.3 exp borosilicate glass or quartz glass—ensuring chemically inert, contamination-free distillation at 4 liters per hour from a total power input of 3.0 KW. Housed in a compact, clean cabinet design with an easily removable front cover providing clear access to all glass components, the IDO-4S incorporates advanced microprocessor-based electronic circuitry with an alphanumeric LCD displaying all operational status messages and an audible alarm for operator attention. A replaceable silica sheathed (quartz) heater with screw-threaded connectors, a replaceable constant level device for easy boiler draining and cleaning, and cooling water recirculation from the condenser to the boiling chamber for energy conservation make the IDO-4S operationally efficient and cost-effective over its full service life.
