Manufactured by Lasany International under ISO 9001:2015 and WHO-GMP certification from Panchkula, Haryana, the LI-1385 operates on an LPG and dry oil-free air flame system with a built-in compressor, axial flow atomizer, photodiode detector, and 128×64 graphical LCD display—providing a complete, self-contained flame photometry platform. Three measurement modes—general (ppm), serum (meq/L), and urine (meq/L)—allow the LI-1385 to serve both routine clinical electrolyte analysis and general-purpose ion quantification from a single instrument. In serum mode, the LI-1385 measures Na up to 200 meq/L, K up to 10 meq/L, Ca up to 10 meq/L, and Li up to 2 meq/L—covering the complete clinical electrolyte panel with appropriate dilution protocols. Calibration is supported by up to 25 user-selectable standards with curve-fitting software (5 per element), with multiple calibration curves stored in instrument memory—eliminating daily recalibration from scratch.
